Objectives
During the clinic, students will communicate drug use to patients, write patient consult notes, provide drug information verbally and in writing, and demonstrate professional skills, attitude, motivation, ethics, and the ability to collaborate with other health care professionals.
Format
Students will be given credit for prior learning, based on a submitted portfolio, in order to fulfill this requirement. Students not meeting the requirements for such credit will have to demonstrate sufficient professional communication skills through assigned writings based on learning acheived through professional experience and interactive conversations with the instructor. All grades are pass/fail.
